At first I thought Bryon was a great guy and would help with buying and selling of houses.. He didn’t help much with anything. For instance, I didn’t disclose I had a well at my house and got the documentation from the State that showed it was sealed. Bryon said it wasn’t the right paperwork to find out the title company got the same paperwork. I lost $3,150 in the sale of my house due to his incompetence. I then had to plead with Bryon to try to talk to the seller agent of a house I wanted (he only emailed) and didn’t help me get a deal. I also sent him 20 properties and only saw 3. If you are looking for a realtor I’d stay away from Bryon and go with another one in this realty firm.
